On an AI plan, the monthly fee starts the day it goes live. Prices are locked in for your first 12 months. Month to month, 30 days’ notice to cancel. On Growth, calls (A$0.03 a minute) and texts are billed by use. The set-up fee isn’t refundable, except where the law requires it or for a billing error.

About 50 minutes on a typical build: a 20-minute onboarding call, a few minutes approving connections from your own accounts, and a read-through where you test it yourself.
