Google Calendar, Outlook or iCloud? Yes, on every plan from Get Organised at A$59 a month. Your busy times block bookings, and new bookings land in your calendar.
Jobber, ServiceM8 or Tradify? Yes, on Pro: we set up the link for you as one of your custom workflows. On other plans your job software runs alongside: we handle the enquiry, it handles the job.
Xero or QuickBooks? On Pro, one way, for invoices raised in LeadGenie. That only helps if you take payments through us, which is Pro only. Not listed here? Ask on the demo and you’ll get a yes or a no.

These reach into the rest of your business. Each one is a custom workflow: an extra automatic job we set up for you. Pro includes up to 10 a year, no more than 3 a month. “Direct” means LeadGenie connects to it itself. “Connector app” means it runs through a connector app on your own account.

Every connection is one more thing that can break, and two apps keeping a customer list is how you end up with three versions of the same phone number. For most small businesses the standard list is plenty: the enquiry is answered and booked, then the job goes into your job software the way it does now. If a weekly export does the job, we’ll tell you, even though a connection is what gets you onto Pro.
Connecting another app means sharing customer details with that provider, under its own terms. We only connect what you’ve agreed to, and only the details the connection needs. ServiceM8 and Tradify connect through a connector app on your own account, passing each booked enquiry across as a new client or job. On other plans, your job software runs alongside.
On Pro, one way: invoices raised in LeadGenie go to Xero or QuickBooks with their tax and status. That only helps if you take payments through us, which is also Pro only. Most owners keep invoicing in Xero or their job software. MYOB has no direct connection. Want a simple customer list next to Xero? That’s our CRM, A$59 a month.
Only on Pro, where Stripe, Square or PayPal can be connected for deposits, invoices or payment links. Payments availability depends on your plan, your payment provider and your business type. No, never. You approve each connection yourself, through the other app’s own sign-in, usually on your onboarding call. You can remove our access from that app’s settings at any time. If anyone claiming to be LeadGenie asks for a password, it isn’t us.
Standard integrations are connected inside your plan’s set-up: 3 to 8 business days on the Smart Tools plans, 7 to 10 on Starter, and 10 to 14 on Growth and Pro, from your onboarding call. On Pro, extra connections can be built in that same set-up if you ask before we start. Anything later is built when you need it.
