Documents are the extra things it reads to answer well, like a price sheet or FAQ. A custom workflow is a job it starts on its own, like chasing a quote. Custom workflows are on Pro only.
The AI has no caps. The phone network charges per minute and per message, so on Growth and Pro calls and texts are billed by use, itemised monthly. No minimum, no prepaid minutes. Starter has no phone line, so no usage charges.
Example: 120 answered calls averaging three minutes is 360 minutes, or A$10.80. Add 200 texts sent (A$22.00) and 70 received (A$1.40), and that month’s usage is A$34.20 on top of the plan. Your real bill depends on how long your calls and texts run, so we work it out from your own call volumes before you sign. A busy business can land above the typical range.
Unlimited means no caps on conversations or calls answered. Fair use applies, and if your volume ever reaches a level where we need to talk, we’ll come to you first.

Your monthly plan starts the day your AI goes live, not the day you sign. If we’ve told you in writing it’s ready and it isn’t launched within 21 days, the plan starts anyway. Cancel before that date and there’s no monthly charge.
Locked in for your first 12 months from the day you go live. We’ll tell you well before any change, and you can leave at that point.
Calls and texts are billed monthly with the plan, itemised, at the rates above. Nothing else is billed by use.
The set-up fee isn’t refundable once paid, because your build is booked, except where the law requires a refund (including under the Australian Consumer Law) or we’ve made a billing error.
We fix it first. If we still can’t, you have the remedies the Australian Consumer Law gives you, including a refund for a major failure. Nothing in our terms limits them.
The clock pauses while we wait on your information, access or approvals. We remind you at 7 and 14 days. At 30 days the build goes on hold, and at 60 it’s closed, with the set-up fee covering the work done.
