Example call

Saturday, 8:05am. Both bays are full.

Example business. One Saturday-morning price check, start to finish.

8:05 am
Caller
“Morning. How much for four all-terrains for a Ranger? It’s a seventeen-inch. The place on the highway said two-nineteen each. Can you do them this morning?”
What's happening
8:05 am
The receptionist
“You’re through to Coolabah Street Tyres. I’m the AI assistant, and I can book you in now. Can you read me the numbers on the side of a tyre on the car, not the spare? And is one damaged, or are they just worn?”
What's happening
8:06 am
Caller
“265, 65, R17. The front left’s got a bit of a bubble on the side from a pothole. It’s fine though.”
8:06 am
The receptionist
“Please don’t drive on that tyre, not even to us. If you’re off the road and safe, your roadside assistance can help get the spare on. In your size, a mid-range all-terrain is A$289 a tyre, fitted and balanced, with valves and disposal. That’s A$1,156 for four, all in. I can’t see the rack, so the team will text you to confirm stock. Can you do 11:30?”
What's happening
Result
Four tyres booked for 11:30, with a text to the caller and the shop. The bulged tyre stays off the road.

From the example

The whole price, said up front.

The other shop said A$219 a tyre. This one said A$289, fitted and balanced, with valves and disposal. It didn’t cut the price or knock anyone. A tyre-only price grows at the counter. This one won’t. You choose all in, or every extra named.

What it does

What it does, and what it hands to you.

It answers and books the routine calls. Anything that needs a person comes straight to you.

What it does

The routine part of every call

First ring · Any hour · Every call
Answers on the first ring: while both bays are busy, after close and at weekends.
Takes the size off the sidewall or the door placard, plus the car and the rego.
Quotes your prices by size and brand, per tyre and for the set, all in or with every extra named.
Books the fitting by job type: a set of four, an alignment or a puncture check, each at the right length.
What it hands to you

The part that needs a person

Immediately · By your rule · Every time
A text when the call ends: who rang, the size, the car and the booking.
The stock check. It says if it’s a size you normally carry, and your team confirms by text.
Any change from the placard: a bigger size, a different load or speed rating, or a lift.
Anyone who asks for you, or has a complaint. It takes a message and requests a call-back.
You choose where the line sits, and you can move it later. Missed call text back → · How booking works →
Safety rules

What it will never do.

Some calls need you or an emergency line, not an assistant. These rules are fixed, and a caller can’t talk it out of them.

Hard stop

Never says it’s safe to drive

A blowout, a bulge, a loose wheel, a puncture at speed or a crash gets one answer: pull over where it’s safe and stop driving. If anyone is at risk, ring 000. It alerts you at once.
Prices

Never quotes a price you haven’t loaded

It quotes only the tyre sizes and prices you gave us, and agrees a price match only by your rule. Anything else gets a check booked, or the details taken for you.
Times

Never promises a time it can’t see

It only offers fitting times that are free in your calendar. If Saturday is full, it says so and offers the next free time.
Payments

Never takes card details

It never asks for a card number or takes a payment on the call. Customers pay you, the way they do now.
Fixed rules, not settings. You choose the wording, your don’t-drive list and the roadside number it reads out. It never says whether a puncture can be repaired: your fitter decides that with the tyre off. What it can get wrong, in our words →

Questions

What tyre centres ask before they start.

It speaks naturally, in your business’s name, and says it’s an AI assistant in its first sentence. You hear it and test it before it takes a real call. What callers mind is a phone that rings out, and this answers on the first ring.

No. It only offers times that are free in your calendar, at the job lengths you set: a set of four, an alignment, a puncture check. It quotes only the sizes and prices you gave us. It never says tyres are on the rack, so your team confirms stock by text. Every call is recorded and written up, so you can check what was said.

Growth is A$499 a month plus a one-time A$1,999 set-up fee, ex GST. Calls are A$0.03 a minute and texts A$0.11 sent and A$0.02 received, billed by use. Most businesses spend about A$30 to A$70 a month on those. Prices are locked in for your first 12 months.

No. It’s month to month, with no lock-in contract and no exit fee. Just give 30 days’ notice to cancel. The set-up fee isn’t refundable, except where the law requires it or for a billing error.
