Who wrote this: LeadGenie wrote this page, so we’re not neutral. Every fact about Birdeye comes from Birdeye’s own website, help centre and terms, checked on 09/10/2026, with links. Birdeye doesn’t publish its prices, so we describe what its pricing page shows instead. Check its site before you buy.

Birdeye Australia pricing, and ours

Birdeye doesn’t publish prices on its Australian or US site. Its pricing page asks for your business email, company, number of locations, name and mobile number, and shows no dollar figure or currency. Its terms say fees are paid in the currency set in your order form, plus taxes.

Read the terms before you sign. Unless your order form says otherwise, an agreement renews by itself for the same term unless you give written notice at least 90 days before renewal, and each automatic renewal adds an 8% “Innovation Fee” to recurring fees, unless your agreement predates 1 April 2024 or changes it. If your order form is with BirdEye Australia Pty Ltd, NSW law governs it.

Only one side publishes a price, so ask Birdeye for a written AUD quote for your locations, showing:

  • the term, and the date notice is due
  • any set-up fees
  • what renewal adds to the price

Then compare first-year totals.

LeadGenie publishes every price, in AUD ex GST. For Google reviews, Get Found is A$29 a month with no set-up fee and no usage bill:

  • Review requests by link, QR code or an email you send
  • An alert and a drafted reply for every new review
  • Your live rating and latest reviews on your website
  • Help with your Google Business Profile

Get Organised is A$59 and Get Connected A$89, also with no set-up fee. Starter is A$199 a month, locked in for your first 12 months, plus a one-time A$999 set-up fee. Growth is A$499 a month, locked in for 12 months, plus a one-time A$1,999 set-up fee and usage: texts A$0.11 sent and A$0.02 received, calls A$0.03 a minute, and most businesses spend about A$30 to A$70 a month (an estimate). Month to month, with 30 days’ notice to cancel. See Smart Tools pricing.

Who should choose Birdeye

Birdeye is likely the better pick if:

  • You run several locations, or a brand with many, and want them all on one platform
  • You want reviews from more than 200 sites, not just Google
  • You want listings on Google, Facebook, Apple, Yelp and Bing kept in step
  • You want AI to write and post replies on its own across a large number of reviews
  • You’re comfortable agreeing a quoted contract with a set term

LeadGenie suits an owner-run trade or service business that mainly wants more Google reviews, every one answered and shown on its website, with published AUD prices, no lock-in and the set-up done for it. Want card payments in the same tool as your reviews? LeadGenie vs Podium compares a platform that does that. To see what we’d set up for you, book a free demo.

Birdeye Australia: common questions

Yes. Birdeye has an Australian website with a local phone number, and its terms name an Australian company, BirdEye Australia Pty Ltd. If your order form is with that company, NSW law governs the agreement. The parent company, BirdEye, Inc., is based in Palo Alto, California. Its pricing form starts at 1 to 3 locations, so smaller businesses can ask for a quote too. Birdeye terms

Birdeye doesn’t publish a price on its Australian or US site, when we checked on 09/10/2026. Its pricing page asks for your details and number of locations, and its terms say fees are paid in the currency in your order form, plus taxes. What Get Found includes

Yes. Birdeye’s help centre describes a review response agent that can write and post replies on its own, send them for a person’s approval first, or suggest replies for you to post, plus template replies. LeadGenie drafts a reply in your tone for every review and posts it only when you approve, about a minute a review. For a large number of reviews across many locations, Birdeye’s automation may suit you better. Birdeye review response agent

Yes, on both, with conditions. Birdeye’s help centre says requests can go by email or text, and its terms say Australian customers using its SMS services must register a mobile number, with their business registration and a utility bill or equivalent in the business name. On LeadGenie, text requests start at Growth, A$499 a month ex GST, with an Australian mobile number included; each text sent is A$0.11. Below Growth, requests go by email, link or QR code. Birdeye terms

No. Google’s rules don’t allow it, and the ACCC treats fake or cherry-picked reviews as misleading. On LeadGenie every customer gets the same request, however the job went. We never write, buy or reward reviews, and we won’t set up asking that skips unhappy customers.

It depends on your locations and what you need beyond reviews. For a multi-location brand that wants listings, social, surveys and webchat in one platform, Birdeye itself is the closer fit. For one business that mainly wants more Google reviews, answered and shown on its website, LeadGenie’s Get Found does that for A$29 a month ex GST, set up for you, month to month. Need card payments alongside reviews? Look at Podium.
