Before you sign

Podium bundles it. We price each part.

You searched for a way to get more Google reviews, or to stop enquiries going cold, and Podium came up. Its pricing page asks you to book a call, and the first price you see arrives at the end of the demo. That suits a group with twelve sites. For one location and two vans, it helps to see the numbers first.

Podium puts it all in one quote. LeadGenie prices each part on the page: Google reviews on Get Found at A$29 a month, then AI for typed messages at A$199 or for calls and texts at A$499, all ex GST.

Podium pricing

Podium pricing in Australia

Podium doesn’t publish a price. Here is what independent reviewers report and what its own terms say. Every dollar figure is reported, not published.

The number in the ad

There isn't one

Podium’s pricing page offers a custom quote, and its Australian pricing links go to a contact form. The first real figure comes at the end of a demo.

Reported, not published

About US$399 and US$599 a month

Independent pricing reviews in 2025 and 2026 put Core at about US$399 a month and Pro at about US$599, with Signature negotiated. At A$1.3951 to the US dollar, that’s about A$557 and A$836.

In their terms

Billed in US dollars

Podium’s terms charge fees in US dollars, with Australian GST added, so your cost moves with the exchange rate.

In their terms

Twelve months from the start

The first term is twelve months unless your order form says otherwise, and can’t be cancelled mid-term except for cause. Leave early and the whole term’s fees are payable.

In their terms

It renews itself

It renews for the same length unless either side gives written notice at least a month before the end. Fees can rise at renewal on 45 days’ notice.

Reported extras

What sits on top

Reviews report the AI Employee as an add-on (one puts it at about US$99 a month), about US$500 a location to set up Podium’s phone system, phone seats at US$25 to US$30 a user and extra numbers at about US$5 each.

The structural one

Priced by location

Podium’s pricing is reported to scale with locations and users. A single-location business should ask what it’s paying for that it won’t use.

Not a cost, a limit

What this page won't claim

We won’t claim Podium is a bad product, and we can’t know what it will charge you. The number that counts is your written quote.

Sources, so you can check them. The term, renewal, notice, early-exit, currency, GST and renewal-increase points are from Podium’s published Terms of Service (version 6.3, last updated 17 June 2025, clauses 7 and 8), which also say that for clients located in Australia the agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria. The absence of a published price is from Podium’s own pricing page and its Australian pricing links, checked September 2026. Every dollar figure is reported, not published: the plan prices and add-ons come from independent pricing reviews of Podium published in 2025 and 2026, are US prices, and are converted at A$1.3951 to the US dollar. Podium’s terms may have changed since we read them. Podium is a trademark of its owner; LeadGenie is not affiliated with Podium. What our side costs, in full →

in Australian dollars, month to month, plus about A$50 a month of phone usage and a one-time A$1,999 set-up

Podium’s figure is a US price reported by third parties, not a quote. On it, Podium Core is the cheaper column: by about A$1,900 in year one. With the AI Employee at its one reported add-on price, about US$99 a month, Podium’s year one is roughly A$8,340, about level with ours. On Pro as reported, ours is cheaper from year one. Left out, all in Podium’s favour: other add-ons, per-location charges, renewal increases, currency and card fees, and GST on both sides. Our usage figure is a midpoint.

Who should choose Podium

When Podium is the better pick

If these describe your business, Podium is likely the better fit. Ask for its quote in writing.

Choose Podium

You need what only it does

By quote · Twelve-month term · US dollars

You run more than a couple of locations. Its inbox, reviews and reporting roll up across sites; ours are set up one business at a time.

Getting paid is the bottleneck. Podium takes invoices and deposits by card in the text thread. We offer payments on Pro only*.

Several people answer customers from their phones all day and pick up each other’s conversations in an app.

You run on software Podium already connects to, like a dealership or retail system, and we don’t list it.

Someone on your team will run it, and likes having the settings screen to themselves.

Its written quote beats ours in Australian dollars, and you’re comfortable with a twelve-month term.

Choose a price you can read

You want to know before you commit

A$499 · Month to month · 10 to 14 business days
One location, one or two vans. A platform priced by location and user was sized for somebody else.
You want the price before the call. Ours is on the page, with the set-up fee beside it.

You want a way out. Month to month from go-live, with 30 days’ notice to cancel. The A$1,999 set-up fee is the only part you don’t get back.

Nobody in the business has time to run software. We build it, load your rates and suburbs, test it, and make the changes.
You’d rather be billed in the currency you earn in, at a figure that doesn’t move with the exchange rate.
Your problem is the reply, not the payment. If the work is lost before anyone quotes it, the payment link was never the fix.

Feature by feature

Eight jobs. Podium wins four.

The highlighted panel is the side that does the job better. Podium’s four wins are things we don’t offer. Ours are mostly about how you buy.

Job 01

Getting paid from the text thread

Customers pay invoices and deposits by card from a link in Podium’s text thread. We offer payments on Pro only*.

Podium wins this
“Here’s the invoice for today’s job. Tap the link to pay by card.”
LeadGenie
“Thanks. The office will send your invoice separately.”
Job 02

Knowing the price before you talk to anyone

Podium’s pricing page offers a custom quote, and its Australian links lead to a form. Ours is on the pricing page, in Australian dollars.

Podium
“Book a demo and we'll put together a custom quote for your business.”
LeadGenie wins this
“Get Found is A$29 a month, no set-up fee. Growth is A$499 a month plus A$1,999 set-up.”
Job 03

Many locations under one roof

Podium rolls one inbox, reviews and reporting up across every site. We build one business at a time, so several sites is something we scope with you.

Podium wins this
“Every site in one inbox, and each manager sees their own.”
LeadGenie
“Each location is its own build. We’d scope that with you.”
Job 04

Leaving, if it doesn't work

Podium’s first term is twelve months and renews unless you give a month’s written notice. Leaving early, other than for cause, leaves the term payable. Ours is month to month.

Podium
“The initial term is twelve months, and it renews unless you give a month's written notice.”
LeadGenie wins this
“Month to month, with 30 days’ notice. Get Found has no set-up fee.”
Job 05

Size, track record and integrations

Podium has sold to local businesses for over a decade, has a Melbourne office, publishes its security certifications and connects to dealership and retail software. We’re a small Australian team.

Podium wins this
“A large company, a decade in the market, and a marketplace of integrations.”
LeadGenie
“A small Parramatta team, with the integrations listed plan by plan.”
Job 06

Who sets it up and makes changes

Podium gives you onboarding and support, then your team runs it. We set it up for you, and when something changes you tell us and we change it.

Podium
“Your onboarding specialist will walk your team through the settings.”
LeadGenie wins this
“Send us the new call-out fee. It’s changed, tested and included.”
Job 07

Your team replying from their phones

Podium’s app lets anyone on the team pick up a text thread from the ute. We don’t offer a team app: alerts reach your phone and replies happen in the web inbox.

Podium wins this
“Pick up any customer's conversation from the app, wherever you are.”
LeadGenie
“The alert comes to your phone. The reply happens in the inbox on the web.”
Job 08

Paying in the currency you earn in

Podium charges in US dollars plus GST, so your cost moves with the exchange rate, and fees can rise at renewal on 45 days’ notice. Ours are in Australian dollars, ex GST.

Podium
“Fees are charged in US dollars, and may increase at renewal with notice.”
LeadGenie wins this
“A$499 in Australian dollars, locked in for twelve months, and it says so today.”
Four each
The real question: which terms suit you if it doesn’t work out?

Podium’s four wins are real. If you need several sites, a large vendor, a team app or payments in the thread, Podium is the better buy. Our four are about how you buy, taken from Podium’s own published terms. Our integrations, plan by plan →

Questions

Podium Australia: common questions

Podium doesn’t publish a price; its pricing page offers a custom quote. Independent reviews in 2025 and 2026 report Core at about US$399 a month and Pro at about US$599, roughly A$557 and A$836 at A$1.3951 to the dollar, with the AI Employee and phone set-up as add-ons. Ask for your quote in Australian dollars, in writing. What our side costs →

Five things, before you sign:

  • The monthly price in Australian dollars, for your locations and users
  • The first term, and the date notice to cancel is due
  • Whether the AI Employee, phone system and payments are included, and at what price
  • Which of those are live in Australia today
  • Any one-off set-up or onboarding charges

Ask us the same five. The answers are on our pricing page.

Yes, on Get Found at A$29 a month: by link, QR code or an email you send, with an alert and a drafted reply for every new review. Podium sends requests by text; ours go by text from Growth. Every customer gets the same request, however the job went, and we never write, buy or reward reviews. How Get Found works →

Only on Pro, from A$799 a month, and conditions apply: it depends on your plan, your payment provider and your business type, and we’ll confirm what’s supported before you sign up. Get Found, Starter and Growth don’t take payments. If being paid faster is what you need most, Podium is the better pick.

No. It’s month to month, with no lock-in, no exit fee and 30 days’ notice to cancel, and prices are locked in for your first 12 months. Get Found has no set-up fee. Starter and Growth set-up fees aren’t refunded, except where the law requires it or for a billing error. Our terms →

Not mid-term. Under Podium’s standard terms, leaving early usually leaves the rest of the term payable, and we won’t help anyone break a contract. Find the renewal date on your order form and diary it a month and a week before. If Podium is doing its job, renew. If not, that’s the time to compare.

Put their quote next to ours.

A 30-minute video call, no obligation. Bring Podium’s quote if you have one, and we’ll tell you honestly which suits your business.
